Adam Seaman, CEO
Adam Seaman is an organizational development consultant and executive coach in practice for the past 20 years. He loves supporting people by providing tools for increased happiness, communication, and productivity. He developed the Talent2Strength application method of the StrengsthsFinder® assessment to consistently provide his clients with powerfully actionable insights. As a Gallup Certified Coach, he helps people get the most out of the StrengthsFinder. He has worked with a wide variety of organizations from both the public and private sectors. He has worked with employees at all levels, from the front line to the executive suite. Past Clients include: Pepsi, Ford, Honeywell, United States Navy, Williams, Teach for America, University of Oklahoma, and Volunteers of America.
In addition to his consulting work, he formulated the Positive Leadership model, a curriculum currently used in community leadership programs across the country. For the past ten years he developed and facilitated the Youth Philanthropy Initiative, an intensive three-year program that teaches high school students the value of leadership and philanthropy in their communities.
